First Sunday of every month.

man up is for men to access authentic connection with other men in the local community.

We do this through a high energy morning of breathwork, movement and comradry.

With confrontation as the barometer for growth, local leaders and facilitators will guide men to their edges through practices to awaken the masculine within and shift internal perspectives of self and others to more peace and harmony.
